Our tastefully-furnished rooms, with balcony or view of Lake Fuschl, are characterized by solid 3-star comfort. Our house has a passenger elevator.

Room prices

Room price is always per person per day, incl. breakfast buffet and half board, excluding local and other taxes.

Price includes:

• an extensive buffet breakfast, a dinner menu with 2 main courses to choose from, daily salad buffet, 1x weekly 4-course gala dinner
• use of the hotel’s private bathing facility
• All rooms have shower / bath / WC / direct dial telephone, cable TV, radio, room safe, hair dryer, lake view or balcony and mountain view.
• free admission to the Lake Fuschl Resort (entrance to resort, without sauna, wellness, fitness)  <<to the Fuschl Lake Resort>>
• With only one night there is a surcharge of 10%. Only with breakfast less € 10 per person and day.

Child discount:

• an extra bed for children up to the age of 3 sharing a double room with 2 adults is up to 3 years € 15 per day; children from 3 – 8 years: 50% discount; from 9 – 13 years: 30% discount.
• In a 3-4 bed room, there is a 20% discount for the 3./4. Bed.
• For dogs we charge €16 per day without food.

Cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations In case of early departure the remaining days will be charged at 80%.
